Before you buy SpaceX shares, consider this alternative approach
SpaceX has confidentially filed for an IPO with the SEC, targeting a June 2026 listing at a valuation exceeding $1.75 trillion - potentially the largest IPO in history. About Navios Maritime Partners

Navios Maritime Partners (NYSE:NMM) L.P. (NYSE: NMM) is a dry bulk shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of Capesize, Panamax and Supramax vessels. The partnership charters its vessels under medium- and long-term contracts to a diverse group of charterers, providing seaborne transportation for major bulk cargoes such as iron ore, coal, grain and fertilizers. Through this asset-light model, Navios Maritime Partners seeks to generate stable cash flows while retaining flexibility to capitalize on market opportunities.

Formed in November 2007 and sponsored by Navios Maritime Holdings Inc., the partnership leverages the operating platform and commercial management capabilities of the Navios group. The fleet is deployed across key global trade routes, including Transatlantic, Pacific and Brazilian iron ore corridors. Navios Maritime Partners sources technical management and crewing expertise from established shipyards and service providers in Greece, Asia and the Americas.

The partnership’s administrative and corporate functions are supported by offices in Piraeus, Monaco and New York, connecting regional market intelligence with a global chartering network. Angeliki Frangou, founder and chairman of Navios Maritime Holdings, serves as chairman of the general partner of Navios Maritime Partners, underscoring the continuity of leadership and strategic alignment between the entities.

Since its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, Navios Maritime Partners has focused on disciplined fleet renewal, employing selective newbuild and second-hand acquisitions alongside the sale or recycling of older tonnage. This approach is designed to maintain a modern vessel mix, improve operational efficiency and deliver consistent distributions to unitholders in varying market cycles.
