About Wolverine World Wide

Wolverine World Wide (NYSE:WWW) (NYSE: WWW) is a global footwear and apparel company headquartered in Rockford, Michigan. The company designs, manufactures and markets a diversified portfolio of casual, active and performance lifestyle brands. Wolverine World Wide’s offerings span multiple price points and consumer segments, with products that include outdoor and trail footwear, running shoes, casual sneakers, boat shoes, work boots and related apparel and accessories.

Key brands in Wolverine World Wide’s portfolio include Merrell, an outdoor performance footwear brand; Saucony, known for running shoes and athletic gear; Sperry, which popularized boat shoes; Hush Puppies, a casual and comfort‐oriented line; and Keds, a heritage sneaker label. In addition to its wholly owned labels, the company holds global footwear licenses for leading consumer brands, enabling it to serve a broad range of customers through both brick‐and‐mortar retailers and digital channels.

Founded in 1883 as the Wolverine Boot Company, the business initially produced goatskin work boots for industrial laborers in the American Midwest. Over time, it expanded through acquisitions, product innovations and brand extensions, eventually rebranding as Wolverine World Wide in 2001 to reflect its global reach and diversified portfolio. The company has since grown into one of the world’s largest publicly traded footwear companies, with a history spanning more than 130 years.

Wolverine World Wide sells products in more than 175 countries, operating through regional offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Its distribution network includes owned and partnered facilities across the United States, Canada, China, Vietnam and Europe, supporting both wholesale and direct‐to‐consumer channels. The company is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Blake W. Krueger, who brings decades of retail and consumer products experience to the organization.
