About BRC

Black Rifle Coffee Company, Inc. is a veteran-owned specialty coffee roaster and retailer that offers a range of coffee products, merchandise and subscription services. The company sources, roasts and distributes its own blends and single-origin coffees, as well as ready-to-drink beverages and branded apparel. Its product lineup includes whole-bean and ground coffees, cold brew concentrates, K-cup pods and limited-edition small-batch offerings designed to appeal to active lifestyle and patriotic consumers.

Founded in 2014 by U.S. Army Green Beret veteran Evan Hafer, Black Rifle Coffee Company began as an e-commerce brand focused on direct-to-consumer sales and has since expanded into wholesale and retail channels. The company operates roasting facilities and distribution centers in Utah and Texas, supporting a nationwide network that serves individual subscribers, brick-and-mortar coffee shops, grocery and convenience stores, as well as hospitality and foodservice customers.

In 2022, Black Rifle Coffee Company completed a business combination with a special purpose acquisition company and commenced trading publicly under the ticker BRC (NYSE:BRCC)C. The leadership team continues to be spearheaded by founder and CEO Evan Hafer, with Joshua White serving as chief financial officer and Bryan Bennett as chief operating officer.

Black Rifle Coffee Company markets its products through an integrated approach that combines its online store and subscription platform with a growing footprint of veteran-themed cafés and partnerships in retail and wholesale segments. The company also supports veteran and first-responder charities, aligning its brand with communities that reflect its founders’ military heritage.
