Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, AZZ serves customers primarily across the United States and Canada through a network of coating and finishing facilities. The company has also expanded its capabilities through acquisitions and portfolio changes over time, with a focus on its core metal-coating operations. Tom Ferguson serves as AZZ’s president and chief executive officer.
