In addition, it holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Mystery project covering an area of 8,750 hectares and located near Grand Falls, Newfoundland, Canada. The company was formerly known as First Labrador Acquisitions Inc. and changed its name to Silver Spruce Resources Inc. in October 2004.
