The accelerated need for advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (“AI”), remote and cloud management, visibility and analytics, as well as carbon capture and the general industrial internet of things (“IIoT”) capabilities for the industrial sectors. Consequently, our management believes that many customers and enterprises are actively embracing such technologies and that there are significant opportunities to pursue a business combination.
