The bank changed to a Bank Holding Company after it made a few strategic acquisitions and it now operates 12 full-service branches across 10 states and provides financial services to individuals, and small, and medium-sized businesses. The bank was a “troubled asset” worth $250 million when Mr. Sidhu took over and now it is worth upwards of $20 billion.

The company’s assets topped $20.3 billion in mid-2022 which put it on par with many of the US regional banks.
