It also holds interests in the Centennial project that comprises approximately 1,365 acres of surface rights and 6,238 acres of net mineral rights located in the western part of Weld County in north-eastern Colorado; Juniper Ridge project totaling an area of approximately 640 surface acres and 3,240 net mineral acres located in Carbon County, Wyoming; and Aladdin exploration project totaling an area of 5,166 acres of surface rights and 4,712 acres of net mineral rights located in Wyoming. In addition, the company owns interests in the Shirley Basin project covering an area of approximately 680 surface acres and 3,200 net mineral acres located in the southwest portion of Wyoming; and Ticaboo project consisting of 26 mining and 8 placer claims in Garfield County, Utah. Further, it holds interests in the JB property comprising 66 unpatented mining claims covering an area of approximately 1,320 net mineral acres located in San Miguel County, Colorado and San Juan County, Utah; and Powder River Basin prospect consisting of 199 mining claims covers an area of approximately 3,980 acres of net mineral rights in Campbell County, Wyoming. The company was incorporated in 1984 and is based in White Rock, Canada.
