The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective over a period of time greater than one day. The Fund invests in derivatives that have similar daily performance characteristics as the inverse of the daily return of the Index. The Fund invests in financial instruments whose value is derived from the value of an underlying asset, interest rate or index. ProShare Advisors LLC is the investment advisor of the Fund.

ProShares Ultra Health Care (the Fund) seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Health Care Index (the Index). The Fund intends to invest at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, under normal circumstances, to equity securities contained in the Index and/or financial instruments that, in combination, have similar economic characteristics. The Fund also intends to invest assets not invested in financial instruments, in debt instruments and/or money market instruments. The Fund intends to concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent as the Index is so concentrated. ProShare Advisors LLC serves as the investment advisor to the Fund.
