BCA Marketplace plc, together with its subsidiaries, owns and operates a used vehicle exchange in Europe. It operates through Vehicle Remarketing, Vehicle Buying, and Automotive Services segments. It offers physical and digital auction services; services for vehicle preparation and marketing in advance of sales; financial services to support the car dealer purchasing vehicles at BCA auctions; automotive logistics services; digital services to assist the retailer with the marketing and disposal of used cars; and outsourced remarketing services for manufacturers and fleets to assist with disposal to their networks. The company also provides defleet services for the manufacturer and fleet sectors; and vehicle buying, a consumer vehicle disposal channel paying cash direct to their bank account. In addition, it offers property leasing, motor vehicle processing and remarketing, vehicle inventory management, catering, and motor vehicle photographic services. Further, it purchases and sells vehicles; and supplies labor and equipment. The company was formerly known as Haversham Holdings plc. and changed its name to BCA Marketplace plc in March 2015. BCA Marketplace plc was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Bedford, the United Kingdom.
