Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. is the holding company for Bank Rhode Island (the Bank). The Bank is a commercial bank chartered as a financial institution in the State of Rhode Island. The Bank’s wholly owned subsidiaries include BRI Investment Corp. (a Rhode Island passive investment company), Macrolease Corporation (an equipment financing company), Acorn Insurance Agency, Inc. (a licensed insurance agency) and BRI Realty Corp. (a real estate holding company).
