Its Williston Basin acreage is located primarily in McKenzie, Billings and Stark Counties of North Dakota and Richland County of Montana. The Company also targets the Pronghorn Sand formation, located primarily in Billings and Stark Counties of North Dakota and runs along the Bakken shale pinch-out in the southern Williston Basin. As of September 30, 2015, the Company held approximately 86,000 net acres in the Williston Basin. As of September 30, 2015, the Company's gross and net productive operated and non-operated oil wells totaled 151 and 89.19 respectively.
