Valley Commerce Bancorp is a bank holding company. The Company's subsidiary, Valley Business Bank, provides loans to customers, predominately small and middle market businesses and individuals, residing in the surrounding areas. The Bank operates branches in Visalia, Fresno, Woodlake and Tulare. Its loan portfolio includes commercial loans, real estate-mortgage loans, real estate-construction loans, agricultural loans, and consumer and other loans (principally home equity loans). It offers a range of non-interest bearing and interest bearing deposits. The Bank's interest-bearing deposits consist of Savings, Money market and negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts. The Bank's available-for-sale investment securities include the United States Government sponsored entities and agencies; mortgage-backed securities, such as the United States Government sponsored entities and agencies-residential, and Small Business Administration, and Obligations of states and political subdivisions.
