About Volta Resources

Volta Resources Inc. (Volta) is a Canada-based exploration and development company focused on properties in West Africa. Its primary assets include the Kiaka Gold Project, the Gaoua Project and the Titao Gold Project in Burkina Faso. The Company also holds exploration licenses to properties in Ghana, West Africa. The Company holds six Prospecting Licenses on the Bui Belt, one Prospecting License and one Reconnaissance License on the Bibiani-Sefwi Belt, and two Prospecting Licenses and one Reconnaissance License on the Maluwe Basin. The Kiaka Project is located in south central Burkina Faso, approximately 140 kilometers southeast of the capital Ouagadougou. The Kiaka permit is an exploration permit covering an area of 244 square kilometers. The Titao Gold Project is located in a Paleoproterozoic Greenstone Belt. In December 2013, Volta became a wholly owned subsidiary of B2Gold Corp., and all interest of Volta had been transferred to B2Gold Corp.
