The company was formerly known as Highwood Oil Company Ltd. and changed its name to Highwood Asset Management Ltd. in July 2021. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada. Highwood Asset Management Ltd. is a subsidiary of 1080766 Alberta Ltd.
