Through its energy business, CHS supplies refined fuels, propane, lubricants and related products. Its Cenex brand serves agricultural, commercial and retail customers through a network of independently owned and operated locations, including fuel stations and convenience stores. CHS also owns and operates energy and processing assets that support its fuel and agricultural businesses.

Headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, CHS traces its history to the formation of Consumers Cooperative Company in 1934. The cooperative serves customers across the United States and participates in international agricultural markets, with products and services delivered through member cooperatives, independent businesses and its own operations. CHS Inc. securities trade on Nasdaq under several symbols, including CHSCM.
