DPL Inc. (DPL) is a regional energy company. DPL operates in two segments: the Utility segment, comprised of its DPL Energy Resources, Inc. (DP&L) subsidiary, and the Competitive Retail segment, comprised of its DPL Energy Resources, Inc. (DPLER) subsidiary and DPLER's subsidiary, MC Squared, LLC.
