The Company conducts business through two operating segments: the Physician Business and the Extended Care Business, which serve a diverse customer base. During the year ended March 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company rebranded its Elder Care Business to the Extended Care Business to align with its customer base. Shared Services consist of departments, which supports the operating segments through the delivery of standardized service. In February 2013, McKesson Corp acquired Pss World Medical. Inc.
